What a HR Specialist Does in Titansoft

1. End-to-end recruitment & selection including new hire on-boarding.

2. Assist in the training program and process.

3. Assist in various projects and engagement initiatives to create a fun and engaging work environment.

4. Assist with ad-hoc HR administrative tasks as required.

1. Familiar with Microsoft Outlook/ Excel/ Powerpoint/ Word

2. Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and organization skills.

3. Familiar with Taiwan Labour Ordinance and related regulations
