Our Developer Evangelist should delight our users with their product expertise and drive usage to our products no matter it is free or paid users.

Responsibilities

• Organize and promote webinars with product demos, integration walkthrough, or use cases sharing.
• Follow up with each new signup to Authgear and FormX, understand their problems, and help their developers to adopt the product with code samples, tutorials or video call.
• Encourage and drive the usage of product community forums.
• Write technical documentation and tutorials for FormX and Authgear.
• Learn and consolidate customers’ requirements to the product team.

What we are looking for in you

• Entry-level coding and development experiences (e.g. Bootcamp, Junior Developers)
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Excellent English speaking and oral skills
• Eager to keep learning technical knowledge related to FormX/Authgear, such as Machine Learning, Authentication and Security.
• Startups/Teaching/Marketing experience is a plus
