Sr. FAE Engineer - Xing mobility｜Meet.jobs

Job Description: 

1. Technical support on all customer related products, mostly EV battery area.
2. Install and configure system and perform troubleshoot on process and resolve issues.
3. Preparing relevant records, data, and documents for product presentations, conducting training sessions for demonstrating new products and services.
4. Serve as technical interface to customers; analyze the customer's issues, diagnose technically and solve regular application issues.
5. Administer various field applications for customers and provide support to engineering software & hardware.
6. Participate in technical meetings and prepare training programs for subordinates.

Requirement: 

1. BS degree or above in in Electrical/Electronic Engineering related field 

2. Experience in defining, architecting or mixed-signal integrated circuits for EV battery chargers, BMS, HV system, etc. 

3. Knowledge of tools, firmware, algorithms, and micro-controller coding 

4. Must be proficient in English and Mandarin. 

5. Excellent oral and written communication skills. 

6. Ability to travel frequently, including both international and domestic business trips. 

7. Strong team-player and practical hands-on problem solver, enthusiasm for solving customer problems in a collaborative manner
