主要職責：
- 制定以用戶為核心、數據驅動的數位行銷策略以達成產品、品牌目標；
- 熟悉數位行銷工具，行動廣告投放策略/Social media經營/KOL、KOC合作...等；
- 挖掘用戶使用行為偏好，與產品PM、數據分析、設計跨部門協作，落實各種本地化行銷運營舉措；
- 對數據敏感並具有高度學習能力，能夠深入分析數據找出問題或機會；
- 英文能力佳。

- Develop and lead a user-centric, data-driven marketing campaign strategy to meet targets, leveraging all digital channels.
- Familiar with digital marketing tools, such as mobile advertising strategies, social media management, KOL/KOC cooperation, etc.;
- Identify user behavior preferences, collaborate with product, data analysis, and design teams to implement localized marketing initiatives;
- Possess strong data analysis skills and a high learning ability to identify problems or opportunities;
- Excellent command of English.

加分條件

- 具備專案管理能力，擅長跨部門溝通、資源整合；
- 多益800以上或其他檢定同等成績；
- 有良好的適應能力與自我驅動力；
- 有海外市場用戶增長經驗，優先評估。
