- In-depth research and analysis of human resource policies and labor regulations, predict potential issues and provide innovative human resource solutions. Plan talent selection, promotion, development and retention systems to achieve the company's strategic goals.
- Play the HR Business Partner (HRBP) of each start-up business unit (SBU) as a human resource expert, as its strategic partner and actively understand the direction of business development, and provide human resources consulting services and policy responses.
- Establish and maintain the company's salary strategy, work rules and welfare system, and provide salary structure analysis and optimization strategies.
- Import the data analysis platform to optimize the company's human resources. Design, manage and implement the company's performance management mechanism, and use the evaluation results to put forward management decision-making suggestions.
- Establish and lead the internal and external marketing transmission of company culture (mission, core value, key capabilities), shape the employer brand and improve employee solidarity and team cohesion.
- Practice human resource planning and management (Human resources management) practical activities to develop human capital management (Human capital management).
