【工作內容】

• 負責開發和日常維護端傳媒網站、App和CMS，以確保其順暢運作。
• 優化系統性能，確保系統具有高可用性並具備可擴展性，以應對未來的成長需求。
• 整合第三方服務，例如CRM和支付工具，以擴展系統功能與服務。
• 設計與開發AWS雲端系統架構，以建立強大且可靠的基礎設施。
• 負責資料庫的設計和優化，確保數據存儲與檢索的效率和穩定性。
• 緊密與不同團隊和部門合作，例如與PM合作專案、與前端合作API串接，以確保流暢的專案進行和系統整合。

【必備條件】

• 必須具備超過5年以上的後端開發經驗。
• 擅長於PostgreSQL並熟悉SQL標準，具備優秀的資料庫設計和管理能力。
• 熟悉AWS、NGINX、Docker、Linux等系統的運維操作，能夠有效地管理和維護相關基礎設施。
• 具備出色的編碼風格，擅於與團隊合作並具有良好的溝通能力，能夠順暢地與不同部門合作，共同推進專案進程。
• 熟悉並掌握Git版本控制系統的操作流程及相關最佳實踐，包括但不限於分支管理、提交與合併、衝突解決，並了解如何有效利用版本控制工具來協作與管理專案代碼。
• 具備優秀的中英文溝通能力。

【加分條件】

• 具有串接 Stripe 或 Braintree 等支付平台的實際經驗，能夠有效地整合支付系統到專案中。

2. 若作業符合要求及規格，安排第一階段面試與產品成員進行線上面試。
3. 第二階段面試將於產品部門主管進行線上面試。

Job Description:

• Responsible for the development and routine maintenance of the website, App, and CMS of the media outlet, ensuring their smooth operation.
• Optimize system performance to guarantee high availability and scalability to meet future growth needs.
• Integrate third-party services, such as CRM and payment tools, to expand system functionalities and services.
• Design and develop AWS cloud infrastructure to establish a robust and reliable foundation.
• Handle database design and optimization, ensuring data storage and retrieval efficiency and stability.
• Collaborate closely with various teams and departments, such as with Project Managers on projects and with Frontend Developers on API integration, to ensure smooth project progress and system integration.

Requirements:

• Must have over 5 years of backend development experience.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and familiarity with SQL standards, with excellent database design and management skills.
• Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of systems like AWS, NGINX, Docker, Linux, etc., capable of effectively managing and maintaining related infrastructure.
• Possess excellent coding style, skilled in teamwork, and have good communication skills, capable of smoothly cooperating with different departments to advance project progress.
• Familiar with and proficient in the operation of the Git version control system and related best practices, including but not limited to branch management, committing and merging, conflict resolution, and understanding how to effectively use version control tools for collaboration and project code management.
• Possess excellent communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English.

Nice To Have:

• Practical experience in integrating payment platforms such as Stripe or Braintree, capable of effectively integrating payment systems into projects.
• Familiarity with the Django framework, possessing independent development ability, capable of completing project development work independently.
• Practical experience in project architecture design and refactoring, capable of effectively designing and improving project structure to enhance system efficiency and maintainability.
