    Justworks is looking for a Product Analyst to join our team to focus on our Benefits Administration platform. The Product Analyst will be the subject matter expert on the product and associated benefits. As a Product Analyst, you will act as a liaison between the Product, Engineering, Operations teams and customer facing teams to ensure a unified knowledge base and effective communication between the teams. You will also focus on giving insight into how customers are interacting with our product and how we can improve.

    This is a position for someone who can dig in and learn the ins and outs of the product, can think strategically, lead teams through new implementations, and work with senior leadership.

    This position is based out of the Justworks Labs office (Chelsea, Manhattan), where we focus on innovation and future horizons.

    What You Will Work On

    • Assist in managing product backlog; work alongside Product Managers to ensure alignment of product features and stories, and prioritization
    • Engage stakeholders to uncover critical business gaps and define intent, facilitating the discovery, scoping, and delivery process to deliver on key initiatives that drive desired business outcomes with a focus
    • Monitor customer feedback and escalated issues through multiple support channels to discover, report on and escalate trends
    • Synthesize business requirements to create clear and comprehensive functional user stories and acceptance criteria
    • Anticipate rollout complexity and needs for feature launches, working with Program and Product management to develop rollout and training
    • Identify and triage bugs, ensuring the correct level of response and timeline for addressing
    • Perform other related duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, ideally in customer service
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with acute attention to detail
    • An effective communicator, having worked with both business and technical teams at different levels
    • An organized individual who demonstrates strong attention to detail while maintaining a queue of multiple projects across the discovery, development, and deployment phases of the SDLC
    • A self-starter who is continually learning and developing

    The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $97,000.00 to $106,700.00 per year.
