We are seeking a Group Product Manager (GPM) to transform Payments from a core competency into a productizable suite of capabilities. You have deep Payments industry experience, demonstrable financial acumen and a strong product vision informed by a depth of knowledge in fintech industry trends and trajectories.
You have a passion for engendering organizational change through transformative software. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, and you’re ready to refine a strategy that includes building customer-facing Payments products, as well as creating the platforms, services, and APIs that will unlock opportunities across the business. You know how to be an internal vendor and to provide service-oriented customer-support; but you also want to build virtual wallets, payments dashboards, and other financial solutions like earned-wage access.
As a strategic leader, you will define the vision and roadmap for a cluster of teams, bridging company mission and goals to develop a business rooted and user-centric roadmap. As a people leader, you will mentor other Product Managers and motivate your teams around a true north. As an executional leader, you will be accountable for the delivery of your team’s roadmap in collaboration with design, engineering and operations partners and with a bias toward short, iterative cycles of learning and value creation.
Your passion and expertise in Payments is unparalleled. Having learned the hard way that reconciliation and exception handling are just as important as RTP and FedNow, you know the devil’s in the details when it comes to money movement. You’re fully prepared to roll up your sleeves and dig into those details, leading both your reports and your scrum teams by example. You have strong technical acumen and experience with modern service-oriented and API architectures.
