Clinical Operations Manager - Mochi Health｜Meet.jobs

Mochi Health is bringing the subspecialty of obesity medicine to the 21st century. We connect patients with subspecialty providers for long term obesity and binge-eating disorder care, and offer wraparound services with registered dietitians, counseling, sleep therapy, and more.

Founded by a T5 MD, we are fully funded (2+ yrs runway) by 4 unicorn founders and numerous physicians and experts in obesity medicine. We're a team of 180, SF-based.

We're looking for independently driven and detail-oriented individuals to join our team on operations. Your day to day roles will involve engaging with patients, managing workflows, and coordinating care.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Ability to work full-time, in-office in downtown SF office
• Experience with EHR and HIPAA
• Detail-oriented

What you'll do:

• Support clinical growth and innovation through evaluation of market- and clinical best practices, translating these insights into recommendations to inform our roadmap
• Monitor and analyze service line performance, reviewing existing data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and partnering with Clinical, Product, Care, and Data teams to drive execution
• Utilize SQL to analyze provider KPIs and drive product decisions
• Interface directly with our care team to guide provider concerns
