Job Overview:
Join Mochi Health as a Data Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to enhance the quality of long-term obesity and binge-eating disorder care. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a passion for analytics to contribute to our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize SQL to extract, analyze, and interpret patient data, identifying trends and patterns relevant to obesity medicine.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrators to better understand data requirements and provide insights that drive informed decision-making.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to facilitate data-driven strategies and optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.
• Proven experience in data analysis, with advanced proficiency in SQL and other statistical analysis tools
• Familiarity or strong interest with healthcare data and a nuanced understanding of patient outcomes, particularly in the field of obesity medicine.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with effective communication abilities for conveying complex findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data security protocols and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous work in telehealth or healthcare or adjacent settings.
