Responsibilities
- Manage integration and customization projects on the imBee product
- Lead project planning sessions
- Coordinate staff and internal resources
- Engage with the business on user requirements for IT projects
- Manage project progress and adapt work as required
- Ensure projects meet deadlines
- Manage stakeholder relationships, changes and practices
- Vendor Management
- Oversee all project documentation
- Conduct project review and ensure all commitments and deliverables are successfully delivered on time and within the budget
- Optimize and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software development or program/project management;
- Native/Professional Cantonese/Mandarin Level
- Tech background such as a B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent discipline and/or sales background are advantages
- Experience in writing codes or serving as architect for IT systems;
- Experience implementing Agile SDLC practices;
- Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and architecture;
- Experience in managing outsource software projects;
- Ability to communicate technical and non-technical concepts effectively;
- Organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion in learning new technologies;
- Self-motivated and fast learner.
