We’re looking for a seasoned Product Marketing Manager with experience in global go-to-market strategy and adoption of new products and services that support an international audience.
As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager supporting our new product development efforts, you will be working with the Justworks International team to bring new Justworks global products, features, and services to our prospective and existing customers. You’ll be responsible for leading go-to-market strategy for International products at various stages of maturity, supporting objectives as defined in our International program, and building relationships with different stakeholders. You’ll help identify product-market fit, target personas, and define initial messaging and positioning to articulate our value. You’ll work on customer and market research and analysis that drives ongoing audience definition and influences our new product vision and strategy. This role is ideal for a Product Marketer passionate about understanding complex products and translating to communicate with non-technical / non-expert stakeholders.
Your Success Profile
What You Will Work On
- Lead go-to-market strategy and ongoing release cadence for Justworks’ new international product portfolio
- Represent the voice of the customer by conducting ongoing customer research, market research, and competitive analysis to drive audience definition and influence the product vision and roadmap
- Be the subject matter expert on the Justworks International offering, partnering with our enablement teams to ensure revenue teams are prepared to talk about our new products
- Conduct customer and prospect research to inform feature development and positioning
- Develop and refine user personas and journeys to inform marketing strategies and feature prioritization
- Develop value-based messaging and positioning for new features, ensuring that messaging is consistent across our app and Marketing channels (website, blog, collateral, etc.)
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Marketing to drive engagement and retention via targeted marketing within Justworks’ existing user experience
- Determine, measure, and report on Product KPIs that align with Justworks' broader Product strategy and domain-level goals
- Analyze and measure the success of marketing initiatives, leveraging insights to influence future customer engagement strategy and product decisions
- Develop and maintain messaging across external channels that are strategically aligned to target customer segments and Justworks’ overall brand and company positioning
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of Product Marketing for tech/software products (B2B / B2B2C preferred)
- Experience working with international teams and supporting global products; localization experience a plus
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment a plus
- You have strong analytical skills; you excel at synthesizing market, competitive, and customer insights into clear takeaways and recommendations
- Customer-focused: you center your work around the voice of the customer and help others balance customer and business needs
- You are a strong communicator and storyteller, communicating concepts and ideas in different formats depending on the need, and revising your approach.
- Experience crafting high-impact marketing plans with clearly defined value propositions and product messaging
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects, juggling competing priorities, stakeholders, and tasks as needed
- You have a product mindset and track record of working well with and earning the respect of product teams
- Possess strong leadership and management skills
- Proficient with SQL (Tableau is a plus)
The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $165,000.00 to $181,500.00 per year.
