We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Beijing office!

What Success Will Look Like:

• Attract and retain top engineering talents.
• Mentor and grow team members, ensuring their continued growth and development to keep them motivated.
• Be the owner of an analytics platform, and be accountable for all the decisions involving people, technology, and project executions for the team.
• Represent your teams in the engineering and product discussions with upper management and other teams.
• Ensure the timely execution of the technology and product roadmap, as well as the quality of the delivery, scalability, stability and resilience of the platform.
• Develop innovative strategies, processes, and best practices to reduce technical debt, increase observability and reliability.

Who You Are & What You've Done:

• BS in CS or equivalent, Masters preferred.
• 7+ years of software engineering and architecting experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a manager or senior manager.
• Strong industry experience in architecture and development of scalable production quality backend systems, with solid understanding of distributed systems, data stores, data processing, and associated trade-offs.
• Proven track records of end-to-end product building, familiar with the whole life cycle of product engineering, including various engineering processes, quality assurance, production tracking and monitoring.
• Proven track records of leading, building and growing high-performance teams with timely and high-quality deliveries.
• Comfortable with ambiguity.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Remote team working experience preferred.
