We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing who excels at introducing disruptive technologies, creating new value and driving B2B market expansion. In this role, you’ll shape and execute high-impact, high-visibility GTM, growth and commercialization strategies. Your responsibilities will include defining key buyer personas, creating positioning and messaging that resonates with global audiences, and leading product launches. You’ll author content that informs, engages and motivates prospects and customers across industries.
As our Director of Product Marketing, you'll leverage your extensive technology and marketing expertise as our internal authority on products, customers, competitors, and market trends. You’ll empower our sales team to effectively demonstrate the value of Conviva's technology and solutions, equipping them with resources and winning strategies that both accelerate the sales pipeline and drive expansion into new markets. You’ll also play a pivotal role in distilling customer and market insights, influencing product roadmaps, and collaborating closely with peers in product, sales, and marketing to establish and achieve growth priorities. **What Success Will Look Like:*
Product Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to market and product growth strategies aligned with Conviva’s business objectives. Stay current with emerging technologies, best practices and competition. Identify trends, needs, and market expansion opportunities.
Technical Proficiency: Be the first to understand and articulate the unique selling proposition, product/market fit, customer needs/pain points, and Conviva technical capabilities. Ensure alignment of all customer-facing teams.
Content Creation: Utilize domain expertise, deep knowledge of the product, and technical insights to create content that cuts through the noise and establishes Conviva technology and industry leadership. Create and package compelling value-based messaging for FAQs, demos, pitch decks, battle cards and a feedback loop.
Customer Focus: Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams, arming them with the tools they need to engage effectively with customers and drive through the funnel to deal closure. Understand how to tailor products, marketing materials and content to unique buyer, industry vertical, and market segment requirements.
GTM lifecycle: Own and execute product marketing vision and launch plans: profile complex buy teams, map detailed buyers’ journeys from awareness and acquisition through adoption and expansion.
Outcome Management: Work closely with product, engineering, sales, CS finance, and marketing peers to establish priorities, success metrics and performance benchmarks. Track, measure, make adjustments to continuously improve and maximize outcomes.
Who You Are & What You've Done:
The expected salary range for this full-time position is $200,000 - $250,000 + equity + benefits. Compensation is determined by numerous factors such as your qualifications, experience, relevant education or training, and work location.
