We are looking for an exceptional Technical Program Management leader at a director level or higher with a proven record of managing a global team delivering complex engineering projects on time and with optimal quality while demonstrating exemplary leadership qualities and customer obsession. In this leadership role, you are accountable for the management and delivering of programs or projects.

You will lead technical and business reviews for complex programs and drive best practices across multiple disciplines that improve corporate agility. You have the leading role in the management of large cross-functional and business-critical initiatives and raise the bar in critical areas such as strategic project planning and goal setting, project execution and governance, project prioritization and portfolio alignment, project documentation and archiving, process improvements and standards development.

What Success Will Look Like:

• You attract and retain top talent, and grow a global PMO organization that scales to meet the growing business needs
• You lead global PMO organization which plays a leading role in the definition, design, implementation, and delivery of complex, business-critical, enterprise-level large cross-functional engineering projects
• You support engineering managers managing resource allocation with capacity planning, including adjustments based on emerging business or technical opportunities and challenges, balancing near-term business need with the long-term implications for Conviva
• You advise engineering managers on the best use of technical program management disciplines and agile approaches and act as the first point of contact for any program management queries within Conviva
• You maintain a prioritized list of critical risks and drive risk mitigation strategies working with the stakeholders
• You manage cross-functional communication to ensure that all business and technical stakeholder’s needs are aligned

Who You Are & What You've Done:

• Proven technical program management experience and track record in building, and leading globally distributed teams
• Proven experience or working with internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes
• Understanding of agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Experience of delivering Big Data projects a plus
• Knowledge of the project delivery and acceptance processes within a fast-paced and high business growth environment
• Demonstrated capability for problem-solving, decision making, sound judgment and assertiveness, and strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Independently driven with high sense of ownership, urgency, and proven ability to lead and influence others
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate clearly and effectively with developers, business owners, and executive team members
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
• Total of 10+ years of hands-on project technical program management experience; 2+ years of experience as a director level or higher preferred

The expected salary range for this full-time position is $190,000 - $265,000 + equity + benefits. Compensation is determined by numerous factors such as your qualifications, experience, relevant education or training, and work location.
