Business Development and Placement Manager Asia - Full time Wanted - Tie Intern Group｜Meet.jobs

As a Business Development Manager in Asia, you will support the Director/Head of Business Development for Hong Kong, Shanghai and Tokyo offices and delivery of smart solutions. Develop plan for sustainable business development strategy, maintain relationship with key business partners, identify and qualify prospects, exceed business objectives and arranging placements for candidates from top Universities and every part of the world.

You will be focused and have strong communication skills, should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies and standards for all aspects of Business Development and Placements to achieve regional office targets
• Standardize approaches and strategies for Asia Offices
• Ensure all projects are managed and executed efficiently to the highest standard
• Responsible for placement speed, dropouts, refunds for Asia Offices
• Participate in related/other Global projects and communications within TIG.
• Direct manager of all Business Development and Placement team member in the Asia region
• Hiring and training high performing new team members
• Maintaining team’s performance by setting and tracking KPIs, targets
• Ensure effective teams communications and motivations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1 - 2 years' prior industry related business development experience
• Fluent in English; Mandarin and Japanese are preferred
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented with strong entrepreneurial mindset

 

Salary

Salary range / month :  < HK$ 20k
