• Management of Customer Service & Collections Representative team, including reviews and HR
policy adherence.
• Collect on past due customer balances via email/phone
• Monitor outstanding account balances; determine next steps in the collection process
• Record accurate and detailed notes regarding collection efforts on past due accounts
• Provide weekly collection updates to the Controller
• Track and resolve discrepancies/disputes with client accounts
• Provide invoice copies, credit memos and/or statements as needed
• Manage and train team members; share knowledge freely
• Assist Controller as needed
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent required
• Minimum of 10 year of prior customer service & collection experience
• Minimum of 10 years Finance or equivalent experience
• Prior customer service & collection experience preferred
• Prior experience with Shopify, Chargebee, and Hubspot (or similar systems)
• Experience managing large volume of transactions/subscriptions
• Results-oriented, Data-driven personality
• Experience working with technology organizations
• Expert- or Native-level English Language skills
• Familiarity with US culture
• Hands-on, ownership attitude-problems are there to solve, not to report
