Job description

Responsibilities:
1. Assist superiors in establishing and improving the company's human resources system, including recruitment, training, salary, benefits, and performance assessment.
2. Establish and maintain personnel records, handle and update labor contracts.
3. Implement operational procedures for human resources management and the implementation of various rules and regulations, collaborating with other business departments.
4. Collect relevant personnel policies and regulations, including those related to labor employment in the Philippines.
5. Execute the recruitment process, coordinate and handle procedures related to employee recruitment, entry, departure, transfer, and promotion.
6. Collaborate in conducting onboarding training for new employees, business training, execute training plans, coordinate external training, and track and provide feedback on training effectiveness.
7. Responsible for employee salary settlement and annual salary declaration, handle corresponding Philippine social insurance such as SSS/Philhealth, etc.
8. Handle human resources affairs for foreign employees, including but not limited to visa applications, work permits, entry procedures, provide tax and visa consultation as needed, and ensure that employees understand and comply with relevant regulations.
9. Cross-regional coordination: Based in BGC but required to travel to the Clark entity hotel-casino to handle human resources affairs, ensuring visa and tax matters for foreign employees.


Qualifications:

21-35 years old
HR Assistant or with 1-2 years of experience in the same field

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
2. Familiarity with the operational processes of human resources management, a good understanding of labor and personnel laws and regulations in the Philippines, and practical application skills.
3. Strong professional ethics, diligent and steady work attitude, meticulous in tasks, a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and coordination skills, and a team player.
4. Proficient in using relevant office software, with basic knowledge of computer networks.
5. English proficiency: Good written and spoken English skills, capable of effective communication with foreign employees.
