Job description:
· Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers in Taiwan.
· This role will carry a quarter-on-quarter sales target and direct responsibility for achieving numbers.
· The incumbent will need to handle sales administration, continuously reviewing technology innovation on behalf of the practice, conducting client and technology market research.
· The role will include developing the Go to Market strategy, strategic account mapping, healthy sales pipeline, managing and retaining relationships with existing & new clients.
· Possess in-depth knowledge of in Mobile app development, AR/VR apps, IoT system integration
Requirements:
Must have:
· COTS Enterprise Asset Management software, Analytics software/AI/ML platform and related services.
· Prior work experience in Taiwan is a pre-requisite. Sales experience in IoT/mobile apps development business is an added advantage. Domain experience in mobile Manufacturing or Semiconductor industries or Power or utility
· Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin
Nice to have:
· Education: Bachelor’s in Information Technology or Computer Science. Master’s in business administration will be preferred
· Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience in sales in a leading IT company of which at least 4 years direct sales experience in Mobile app, Frontend/PWA, AR/VR apps
· Prior experience working with large RFPs as well as building relationships to secure sole-sourced private deals is necessary.
· Exhaustive experience across the sales cycle mandatory: lead identification, prospecting, solution design, bid management, pricing, contract negotiation, delivery & pre-sales liaison, post-award monitoring, ageing management.
· Ability to grasp new technologies and understand and sell the company's niche IP product offerings separately or bundled with other software will be key.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Knowledge of Asset Management or Analytics, MAXIMO or TIBCO suite of products is an added advantage.
· The incumbent will also need to handle key sectors and accounts, sales administration, market research and provide account management support.
· Must develop good relationship with ODM / OEM vendors.
