• 優秀的溝通能力，能夠以清晰簡潔的方式提煉複雜的主題和流程。 
• 成熟的DeFi用戶，熟悉以太坊DeFi生態系統以及跨各區塊鏈的協定。 
• 具有很強的主動性和獨立工作的能力。 具有優秀的活動組織能力 有技術背景者優先

We are seeking a Strategy and Growth lead with a proven track record of exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, ideally honed in top-tier consulting firms or the like. This role is pivotal in spearheading user growth initiatives, enhancing market position, and driving the strategic direction of the product. You will play a key role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, where your contributions will have a direct impact on the company's trajectory and the broader blockchain ecosystem.

What you'll be doing

• Strategic Planning: Develop, articulate, and implement innovative strategies for user acquisition and retention, ensuring alignment with our core mission and market opportunities.
• Analytical Rigor: Leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, optimize user engagement, and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, operations, and technology to execute growth initiatives seamlessly.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand competitor strategies, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
• Operational Excellence: Monitor key performance indicators, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership for continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• Experience: 2+ years in an analytical role, with exposure to strategy development and operational improvements.
• Blockchain Passion: Demonstrated interest in blockchain technology and the decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem.
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically, develop comprehensive solutions to complex problems, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies. Experience with SQL preferred.
• Leadership Qualities: Exceptional leadership skills, with the capability to navigate cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
