Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Web3 Designer to lead our design initiatives for decentralized applications (DApps) and blockchain-based platforms. As a pivotal member of our team, you will use your expertise in design and understanding of the Web3 ecosystem to create intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user experiences. Your work will directly contribute to the user-friendly and accessible adoption of blockchain technology, impacting our users worldwide.

Your Responsibility

Your responsibility is to make consistent modern design to bring web3 for billions. The designer will work closely with CEO and visualise the vision.

Skills and Qualities

• Proven UX/UI Expertise: Extensive experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, evidenced by a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
• Mastery of Design Tools: Proficiency in using leading design software and tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalents.
• User-Centered Design: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices, with the ability to apply these in creating intuitive and impactful user experiences.
• Research and Testing: Demonstrated experience conducting comprehensive user research and usability testing, incorporating user feedback into design iterations.
• Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with proficiency in English, enabling effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality design outcomes and a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences.

Preferred Experience

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
• Agile Experience: Experience working within Agile development frameworks, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic project environment.
• Front-End Familiarity: Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), enhancing collaboration with development teams and understanding technical constraints.
• Accessibility and Inclusion: Experience designing for accessibility and inclusive design principles, ensuring digital experiences are usable by as wide an audience as possible.
• Data Visualization: Knowledge of data visualization principles and techniques, enabling the presentation of complex information in an accessible and engaging manner.
• Remote Collaboration: Experience working with remote or distributed teams, showcasing effective communication and project management skills in a geographically dispersed environment.
• Complex Systems Design: Experience designing for enterprise software, complex systems, or in-depth platforms requiring a nuanced understanding of user needs and workflows.
• Community Engagement: Active participation in the design community, whether through attending conferences, participating in meetups, or engaging in online forums, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and industry involvement.
