The Monetization team at Hover is growing! We’re looking for a highly analytical, action-oriented builder who wants to own pricing and packaging for business growth opportunities from ideation to impact. You’ll act as the tip of the spear in tackling some of Hover’s biggest opportunities and thorniest challenges to monetize our innovation and accelerate business growth. This will be a high-profile, high-impact role balancing quantitative analysis with execution and operation. You’ll have frequent executive exposure and little ceiling on professional growth.
As a Monetization Strategy Manager you will live within Hover’s Marketing Organization, and performs some of the company’s most cross-functional work in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, Product, Data & Analytics, RevOps, Finance, and more. Hover has Hubs in San Francisco and New York City, where we encourage employees to be in the office 1-2 times per week to build rapport and foster organic connection. At this time, Hover is not considering fully remote roles.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $153,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
