The right candidate will be dynamic and entrepreneurial. He or she will be responsible for all marketing functions in the company. He or she will eventually recruit, train and nurture a high-performance team, and ensure that the operations under his/her watch at Sleek run smoothly.
The Marketing Manager is a role involving full-spectrum responsibilities of marketing operations at Sleek.
This role is responsible for performing at a highly professional level in the following marketing functional areas (with a strong focus on all things digital): SEO, SEM, Market Research and Analytics, PR and Communication.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, who is just as comfortable working autonomously as with a team. This candidate should be company culture-focused, bringing enthusiasm to the office and offering up new ideas.
The candidate will be expected to perform the following responsibilities:
Develop, execute and optimize Sleek marketing strategy
Analyse potential strategic partner relationships
Build and manage the customer lifecycle funnel end to end
Identify target markets and deeply understand lifecycle and sales cycle at Sleek
Industrialize validated tactics into frameworks and processes so as to achieve maximum scalability
Organizing events for clients and prospects
PR and Communication
Content creation in the form of whitepapers, case studies, brochures, trade articles and press releases.
Coordination with freelancers for content creation and any other external experts as and when required
Lead the recruitment, management and training of a marketing team responsible for the company’s marketing department
Develop metrics and use data analytics to measure every intiative
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of strategies and business objectives
Min 4+ years of marketing experience in fast-growing organization
Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles, best practices and tools
Track record of success in user and growth acquisition, ideally on a startup team scaling up
Quantifiable success in prior roles, demonstrating how you iterated a variety of marketing experiments and drove to conclusions (we’ll ask for samples and results)
Experienced across marketing and sales channels with experience scaling at least one acquisition channel
Rigorous and creative
Native-English level written communications and presentation skills, fluency in a second language is a plus.
Knowledge and/or experience of law in general or more specifically company formation industry is a plus!
