    ABOUT THE ROLE

    Peloton is looking for a Senior Director of Product Marketing to influence the product pipeline and contribute to the go-to-market plan for our unique hardware, software and app products. The Senior Director will be responsible for leading a team focused on Connected Fitness (Bike, Tread, Row & Guide) and App (Free App, AppOne and App+) and will help translate core consumer needs from a product and content perspective into actionable strategies and executions. This person will function as a player-coach who can comfortably toggle between the C-suite and be alongside the team executing strategies and tactics.

    YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

    • Develop positioning, pricing and target audience strategies for hardware and app products
    • Deeply understand Peloton’s current target audience and help define future growth audiences and champion their needs with the Product & Content teams
    • Clearly communicate business plans to senior leadership
    • Provide a feedback loop from the consumer to the product team to inform the product roadmap
    • Work closely with the Product, Content, Integrated Marketing and Growth teams to design strategies that grow and retain Peloton hardware and app members in the US and abroad
    • Work with Integrated Marketing to ensure product launch moments fall within holistic campaigns for a consumer first experience
    • Influence the Content team on evolution of key content for App consumers to drive acquisition and retention among core audiences
    • Test and optimize product merchandising and language across product landing pages, app store maintenance to drive highest conversion

    YOU BRING TO PELOTON

    • 12+ years in Product Marketing
    • Experience in hardware and software a plus
    • Minimum of 10 years experience in people leadership, ideally over a large, multi-functional team
    • Must be a killer creative with ability to understand data and leverage it to design smart consumer facing communications
    • Experience working on applications offered in app stores
    • Experience with e-commerce and or fitness services a plus
    • Deep understanding of product analytics and ability to analyze complex data sets
    • Knowledge of, and comfort level with, reporting suites such as Looker, Amplitude, Google Analytics, etc.required
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to craft high quality presentations
    • Experience with products that have an international footprint a plus
