We are looking for an intelligent, inspiring leader, with a passion for entrepreneurial business to oversee our coworking space. If you have a great can do attitude, excellent time management and organisation skills, then you could earn a place on our management team as we look to expand across Asia.

As a part of the management team, you will be expected to do the following:

• Achieve sales targets and maintain 100% occupancy
• Oversee daily operations
• Manage and provide the team with a stimulating and supportive environment
• Maintain and increase standards of customer service
• Build a creative and collaborative community through events and personal interactions

Experience/qualities:

• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Thorough understanding of the coworking industry
• Natural passion for entrepreneurial business
• Strong and confident communication skills
• Ability to handle pressure and fast thinking, with a detailed focus
• Strong customer service mindset, and the ability to gain trust and respect from the team and members
• Plenty of initiative
• Management experience
• Have travelled extensively or studied internationally

Requirements:

• University degree holder
• Right to work in Hong Kong
• Experience in at least one area - start-ups, hospitality, travel and tourism, property development, investment and or other relevant areas
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese is a plus
  Immediate start.
