CRM Community Coordinator

Deepblu’s Community Team is responsible for discovering and elevating distinctive voices from the Deepblu user community. You will be supporting the Community Management Team in terms of handling and monitoring all customer and user related inquires. You will be the point of contact in regards to service questions, problems and complaints, sales inquiries and all other customer related questions.

You will be working across all departments to ensure a smooth CRM work flow for all aspects of the company. You will ensure that the customer database is segmented effectively to target marketing activities.
The person who fills this position will be a passionate, articulate evangelist of Deepblu, someone who wakes up every morning committed to building our online communities and interacting with the members of those communities. The ideal candidate has experience with customer service handling, online communities, and managing CRM systems. The position will be based in Deepblu headquarters in Taipei, Taiwan.

Main Tasks

Deal directly with customers and users via email or telephone 
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints or problems
Establish tracking and follow-up systems on customer inquires
Determine a course of action to resolve customer problems
Collect, obtain and evaluate relevant customer information
Review and segment customer and user requirements as well as their profile details 
Establish a verification process for special user profile upgrades

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Business, Communication, Marketing or any related fields
Highly service-oriented
Highly detail-oriented and able to multi-tasking effectively
Experience in direct and digital marketing
2 years experiece in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies
2-3 years experience in the fields of CRM, customer services or similar fields
Experience in analysing customer data and utilising potentials
Fluent in both English and Mandarin (writing and speaking), knowing other languages are a big plus
Exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communications skills
A passion for diving and the diving lifestyle

擁有硬件售後服務經驗
CRM、客服或相關領域上有2-3年的經驗
對於分析客戶資料與使用潛力有經驗
中英文流利,若通曉其他外語極佳
擁有出色的文字/口語溝通技巧
對於潛水活動及此生活方式具有熱情
