     Job Responsibilities:

    1. Develop long-term growth and development strategies for the company's human resources.
    2. Monitor trends and changes in relevant labor laws and promptly adjust internal regulations and policies accordingly.
    3. Plan and implement recruitment, employment, and talent training systems in line with the company's growth direction.
    4. Plan and promote performance and compensation systems to maintain the company's competitiveness and retain talent.
    5. Recruit and plan for domestic senior and overseas talents.
    6. Manage the human resources department, providing guidance and support to the team to ensure goals are achieved.

    Requirements:

    1. Excellent strategic planning and communication skills.
    2. Over 5 years of experience as a human resources manager.
    3. Educational background: Open, human resources background preferred.
    4. Language proficiency: English and Chinese (fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. Practical experience in driving organizational transformation.
    2. Familiarity with talent markets in Southeast Asia and South Asia.
    3. Prior experience as an HR manager or executive in a foreign technology company.
    4. HR experience is essential; additional experience in finance, legal, project management, or any other management roles is plus.

    Salary range

    Guaranteed annual salary of TWD 3,000,000 in the first year
