How You Will Make a Difference:

• Take ownership of feature development, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with product requirements, successful deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data Science to deliver user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality.
• Mentor more junior team members and help foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
• Proactively propose and implement improvements to the codebase and development processes.

Must haves

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack engineer, with a strong emphasis on frontend development.
• Expert-level proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
• Expert-level proficiency in React and Typescript.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern backend technologies.
• Familiarity with relational databases.
• Experience working on customer-centric and product-driven teams.
• Experience working in a cross team capacity with multiple stakeholders. Strong communication is a must.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with rapid iterations.

Nice to haves

• Experience with Python.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
