Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models, including generative AI, tailored to sales, CRM automation, and voice AI solutions.
• Collaborate with a team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to build and refine our AI-driven sales platform.
• Integrate various APIs and tools, such as OpenAI, Twilio, ElevenLabs, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Humantic.ai, and CrystalKnows.com.
• Develop AI models that can automate emails, texts, phone calls, and CRM updates.
• Enhance AI models with real-time personalization features, incorporating public/private data and personality analysis to optimize sales processes.
• Participate in the research and development of advanced algorithms and frameworks that will form the backbone of our AGI sales agent.
• Ensure AI systems operate with high efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in production environments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in AI and/or Generative AI software development.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and AI APIs (OpenAI, GPT-based models, etc.).
• Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and speech recognition systems.
• Ability to work with large datasets and develop AI solutions for real-time interaction and decision-making.
• Experience with building scalable applications using AI/ML models.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices (testing, code reviews, continuous integration, version control).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in AI technologies.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with voice AI, speech recognition, and AI-generated voice responses.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and sales automation tools.
• Experience with personality-driven AI and sentiment analysis in sales environments.
• Contributions to AI/ML open-source projects.
