What You’ll Be Doing:
We are looking for a skilled, empathetic IT Manager to help us mature our IT team and support the company in this exciting period of growth. You’ll lead a remote-friendly team of 4 IT Professionals, reporting directly to our Head of Security and IT. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring a growing team of 4 IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support
- Owning and developing our IT Operations, including IT Support, Helpdesk and In-Office experiences
- Owning and developing our long term IT Roadmap, supporting the company as we grow and innovate
- Establishing and enforcing IT policies, procedures, bringing rigor to our company processes
- Monitoring IT risks and implementing controls to protect data security and business continuity
- Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring their IT needs are met and aligned with the company’s strategy The salary range for this position is $107,681-$161,878 USD.
Please note, Grow Therapy adjusts base salary based on Geographic location, leveling, and experience, so your compensation could land anywhere within the posted range.
You’ll Be a Good Fit If You Have:
- 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role (required)
- Strong proficiency in IT technologies such as Google Workspace, macOS, Addigy, Intune, Microsoft Office 365, Apple Business Manager, etc
- An ability to manage rapidly changing needs within a growing organization, including handling IT operations, onboarding new vendors and systems, troubleshooting, and providing technical support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Strong customer orientation and a commitment to empathy, transparency, and high standards
