工作內容

• 職位介紹：此職位為 Meet.jobs 委任之外部獵才夥伴（External Headhunting Partner），專門為合作企業推薦合適的職位候選人。
• 推薦分潤：每成功推薦一位候選人，顧問可獲得該筆營收的 50%。根據 Meet.jobs 平台統計，平均每件推薦成功最少為 3,000 美元以上。
• 國際客戶：企業客戶來自美國、日本、新加坡、香港、德國、荷蘭以及台灣等國家。
• 培訓支持：Meet.jobs 將提供內部系統權限及相關教育訓練，協助外部獵才顧問更好地運作。
• 企業推薦：如推薦企業與 Meet.jobs 合作並成功簽單，顧問可獲得第一筆成交收入的 50% 作為介紹費。

Job Description

• This role is for an External Headhunting Partner appointed by Meet.jobs, responsible for recommending suitable candidates for corporate client positions.
• The consultant will receive 50% of the revenue for each successful candidate placement. Based on Meet.jobs platform statistics, each successful placement averages at least USD 3,000.
• Corporate clients come from countries such as the U.S., Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Germany, the Netherlands, and Taiwan.
• Meet.jobs will provide access to internal systems and relevant training to assist external headhunters in their operations.
• If you refer a company to Meet.jobs and it successfully signs a deal, you will receive 50% of the first transaction as a referral fee.

Requirements

Must have

• Experience in professional headhunting, team management, or recruitment-related human resources work.
• Open-minded and eager to learn about different fields and industries.
• Alignment with Meet.jobs' mission and values.

Nice to have

• Experience successfully recommending jobs to friends through the Meet.jobs platform.
• Successfully secured domestic or international job opportunities through the Meet.jobs platform.
• Fluency in English at a professional working level.
• Proficiency in languages other than Chinese and English, at a professional level or higher.
• Overseas Chinese students in Taiwan are welcome to apply.

• 無固定底薪：此職位以成功案件計酬，無固定底薪。
• 無就職祝賀金：錄取後不包含100美元的就職祝賀金。
• No Fixed Base Salary: This is a commission-based role with no fixed salary.
• No Onboard Bonus: There is no $100 USD onboarding bonus for this role.
