工作內容

• 外部獵才顧問管理與發展
  負責管理和經營 Meet.jobs 的外部獵才顧問及合作社群，確保持續的合作關係與高效互動。根據公司商務規劃和策略，招募外部獵才顧問並提供培訓，維持並提升現有顧問的活躍度，同時拓展顧問網絡，確保人才推薦成功率穩步提升。
• 跨部門協作與顧問網絡擴展
  與獵才團隊緊密合作，確保各項策略和目標的有效實施，並持續開發新的外部獵才顧問及合作夥伴，擴展 Meet.jobs 的顧問網絡，提升團隊業務增長。
• 業績提升與顧問支持
  透過收集外部獵才顧問的反饋，分析他們的表現，提供專業建議，幫助他們提升業績，增加推薦成功率與客戶滿意度，從而推動平台的持續發展與增長。

Job Description

• External Headhunter Management and Development
  Manage and oversee Meet.jobs' external headhunters and partner communities, ensuring continuous cooperation and effective interaction. Recruit and train new external headhunters based on the company's business strategies, while maintaining and enhancing the activity levels of current headhunters. Expand the network of headhunters and ensure a steady increase in successful candidate placements.
• Cross-department Collaboration and Network Expansion
  Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure the successful implementation of various strategies and goals. Continuously develop new external headhunters and partners to expand Meet.jobs' network, driving business growth for the team.
• Performance Improvement and Consultant Support
  Collect feedback from external headhunters, analyze their performance, and provide professional advice to help them improve. Enhance their success rates and increase customer satisfaction, contributing to the platform's ongoing development and growth.

• 英語流利，達到專業工作水準。
• 熟悉至少一國的勞動相關法規。
• 曾透過 Meet.jobs 平台成功推薦工作或錄取國內外工作機會。

Requirements:

Must have: 

• Experience in team management.
• Professional experience in headhunting. If you’re looking to explore roles beyond front-line recruitment, even better!
• Excellent interpersonal communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work in high-pressure and fast-changing environments, with a passion for learning about different fields and industries.
• Alignment with Meet.jobs' mission and values.

Nice to have

• Experience in IT-related fields.
• Experience in training and development.
• Active community member, frequently engaging in professional or non-professional online and offline communities (as long as it’s a community, it counts!).
• Fluency in English at a professional working level.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in at least one country.
• Experience successfully recommending jobs or securing domestic and international employment opportunities through the Meet.jobs platform.
