    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief of Staff to support our CEO in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be directly responsible for ensuring that our CEO's professional life runs smoothly, enabling them to focus on strategic objectives and company-wide goals. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Strategic Planning: Assist the CEO in developing strategic plans for the company. Facilitate the integration of these plans across different functions within the organization.
    • Schedule Management: Serve as a central point of coordination for the CEO, managing a dynamic calendar, and ensuring seamless communication across various internal departments and external stakeholders.
    • Communication Oversight: Act as a liaison between the CEO, senior management, and external stakeholders. Enhance communication channels and ensure clarity and consistency in corporate messaging.
    • Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research and prepare detailed reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning sessions. Provide in-depth briefings and presentations for senior management.
    • Administrative Leadership: Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, including coordinating travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, and handling confidential documents with utmost discretion.
    • Event and Meeting Facilitation: Plan and manage internal and external events, including board meetings, investor presentations, and team-building activities.
    • Recruiting Support: Support planning and execution of recruiting efforts including research, operations, and execution.
    • Special Projects: Collaborate with various teams to support special projects, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.

    Additional qualifications:

    • At least 6 years of experience as a Chief of Staff, an Executive Assistant, must be directly supporting a startup CEO, strategy role, or similar type of position in a fast-paced startup environment.
    • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with both internal teams and external partners.
    • Experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, with the ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other office management tools.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage office budgets and expenses.
