About NextStage
NextStage is building a business development, project management, and market research SaaS platform for the $600bn+/year government contracting industry, a part of the economy critical for supporting missions in Space, Health Care, Cyber Security, National Defense, Energy, and Science, Infrastructure, and more.
NextStage helps customers identify new contract opportunities by aggregating data from a variety of government databases. Our AI-enabled Business Development, Capture, and Proposal system helps teams identify, score, organize, and track key proposal, teaming, and bid decisions. As Head of Sales, you would work directly with the two technical co-founders (ex. Dropbox, Credit Karma, Next Insurance).
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a (Full-Stack) Software Engineering capacity
- Demonstrated ability building and shipping production-ready features
- Experience with Typsecript and React
- Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices, including code reviews, build processes, testing, version control, CI/CD
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to learn unfamiliar systems/skills
