About The Role:

We are seeking someone with over 5 years of insurance bordereaux data expertise. In this role, you will leverage your understanding of complex data to create recurring outputs based on our customers’ specific needs. Through our onboarding process, you will become a hero who turns messy data and chaos into clarity for our customers. Communication and organization are your secret weapons as you juggle tasks and priorities to mitigate potential data breaks and deliver results that leave a lasting impact.

Because we are small, we’ll look for you to balance using your resourcefulness to work independently while also knowing when to raise your hand for help. We find that our colleagues are most successful when using their sound judgment as a guiding compass to navigate ambiguity and work through obstacles to deliver for our customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Onboard customers bordereaux data to our platform, working with multiple stakeholders and lots of moving pieces
• Cleanse, validate, standardize, and map insurance bordereaux data to improve accuracy and consistency
• Utilize tools such as MS Excel to prepare customer data for pipeline ingestion
• Own and execute project plans to ensure team meets set deadlines by running customer workshops
• Drive resolution of customer issues by independently troubleshooting and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Act as the liaison between our customers and internal teams to ensure requirements are translated accurately and prioritized based on business needs
• Immerse yourself in Noldor’s platform to act as a subject matter expert for our customers

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• Experience analyzing and interpreting complex insurance bordereaux data
• Advanced Excel skills; this tool will be used daily
• A track record of working in a startup environment
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
