What You’ll Be Doing:
We are looking for a Creative Director to fuel our customer acquisition and retention efforts with world-class design and brand building. You’ll lead a team of three and report directly into the VP of Growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading our brand and growth design team to deliver distinctive designs across our growth portfolio including: advertising, landing pages, collateral, and emails
- Building and coaching a world class design team that generates growth vs. just enabling growth functions
- Contributing as a leader, manager, and doer, able to lead a high-performing team and pull up your sleeves and deliver top-notch design work when necessary
- Implementing measurement frameworks - brand awareness, recall, conversion, NPS etc - to evaluate output objectively, and using data to inform design choices You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
- You have extensive experience in designing for acquisition and conversion across various mediums including landing pages, advertising, email, and video production.
- You are skilled in managing creative teams, promoting high standards, innovation, and risk-taking while blending business acumen with versatile design skills focused on delivering exceptional customer value.
- You have a keen sense for how to build a brand: avoiding tropes, using data, and advocating for a distinctive approach.
- You’re data-driven in decision-making, even when evaluating abstract concepts like brand consistency, and able to collaborate cross-functionally to maintain a cohesive product and brand voice.
- You are proficient in the Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with illustration and video production being ideal, but not required skills The base salary range for this role is $210,000-$260,000
