The Mission: The Decennial Census plays a critical role in our nation's governance, informing congressional representation and guiding the allocation of $1.5 trillion in federal funding each year. In preparation for 2030, T-Rex is seeking highly skilled and motivated Integration Specialists to join the 2026 Census Test IT (26CT) Integration program.
The Decennial requires innovative, scalable IT solutions to support the count of every person living in the United States and its territories. Decennial systems must scale to process millions of daily responses, support the largest non-military workforce mobilization in the world (350k+ workers), and maintain the highest standards of data security and individual privacy.
The Job: As a Senior Integration Specialist on this program, you'll play a key role in laying the groundwork for the design and integration of the technology infrastructure that will underpin this high-profile mission. As an Integration Specialist focused on Mobile Device Management (MDM), you will be responsible for ensuring that the 26CT is fully mobile enabled and an MDM solution that is scaled to support expected test workloads and, importantly, fully analyzed for scalability to support 2030 peak operations. In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $175,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. T-Rex considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
