We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Business Development Executive to join our innovative human-AI company. This role is pivotal in driving growth, forging partnerships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales acumen, strategic thinking, and a passion for technology, particularly in the AI sector.
What You’ll Do

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. You will also act as the liaison between our company, third-party verification providers, and clients.

Account Support: Understand clients’ needs and provide timely and effective solutions, coordinating with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, and support) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to existing clients, contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Contract and Quotation Management: Prepare and manage quotations, negotiate terms, and review contracts to ensure they meet both client and company expectations.

Client Meetings and Communication: Regularly engage with clients through meetings, calls, and emails to discuss their needs, address any issues, and provide updates on relevant products or services.

Issue Resolution: Handle any client issues or complaints promptly, ensuring that they are resolved to the client's satisfaction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure that client needs are met and that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Performance Tracking: Achieving monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Monitor account performance and client satisfaction, providing regular reports to senior management.
Who You Are
- Proven experience in sales, business development or account management, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Language: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working in a technology or software-related industry is a plus.
