    We’re looking for someone who has taken a SaaS product at a high-growth Series A/B/C startup into organizations to lead Mosaic’s enterprise expansion. You’ll play a key role in maturing and scaling our SMB sales motion.

    Requirements:

    • 5-8 years experience in B2B SaaS sales
    • 1+ years experience selling to SMBs < 250 employees
    • Experience working at a Series A/B/C Startup
    • Experience running enterprise sales processes including cold outreach, qualification, product demonstrations, negotiation and close
    • Experience in deal structuring and strategy
    • A roll-up-the-sleeves approach to everything
    • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
    • Proven success negotiating and closing deals with ACVs of $10-30k
    • Proven winner that makes their quarterly every time or looks to make it up to crush their annual quota
    • High EQ
    • Bonus points for selling into time billing/professional services markets

    Competencies:

    • Experience in Salesforce preferred
    • A high-level of drive, discipline, creativity, and motivation.
    • Strong organizational, planning, analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Action-orientated and self-motivated
    • Capable of fostering strong relationships with prospects, customers, and fellow employees alike
