工作職責
- 訂閱與會員運營 Subscription & Membership Operations
- 規劃並管理訂閱及會員方案(包含定價策略、會員權益、增值服務、支付流程等),確保系統合規且高效運作,確保訂閱平台的穩定運作與用戶體驗的持續優化。
- Plan and manage subscription and membership programs (including pricing strategies, member benefits, value-added services, and payment processes) to ensure compliance and efficient operation, maintaining the stability of the subscription platform and continuously optimizing the user experience.
- 追蹤用戶全生命週期(用戶獲取、轉化、續訂與流失),根據數據及反饋制定並執行忠誠計劃和個性化優惠,提升留存率與用戶黏著度。
- Track the entire user lifecycle (user acquisition, conversion, renewal, and churn) and develop and execute loyalty programs and personalized offers based on data and feedback to enhance retention and user engagement.
- 會員行銷與推廣 Membership Marketing & Promotion
- 策劃訂閱促銷活動與品牌推廣計劃,擴大訂閱用戶基數。
- Design and implement subscription promotional campaigns and brand promotion initiatives to expand the subscriber base.
- 利用 A/B 測試和數據分析,優化各渠道的轉化率及成本效益。
- Utilize A/B testing and data analytics to optimize conversion rates and cost-effectiveness across various channels.
- 數據追蹤與分析 Data Tracking & Analysis
- 持續監控關鍵訂閱指標(如用戶成長、留存率、流失率、LTV 等),及時識別問題並制定改進方案。
- Continuously monitor key subscription metrics (e.g., user growth, retention rates, churn rates, LTV, etc.), promptly identify issues, and develop improvement plans.
- 受眾與市場洞察 Audience & Market Insights
- 研究目標受眾需求、競品動態與市場趨勢,據此調整訂閱策略與產品方案。
- Research target audience needs, competitor dynamics, and market trends to adjust subscription strategies and product offerings accordingly.
- 與產品、技術及數據分析團隊協作,通過用戶分群、調查及反饋機制,確保訂閱服務符合市場需求。
- Collaborate with product, technology, and data analytics teams—through user segmentation, surveys, and feedback mechanisms—to ensure that subscription services align with market demands.
任職要求
- 具備豐富的訂閱及會員運營經驗,熟悉數字媒體與 reader revenue 模式。
- Extensive experience in subscription and membership operations, with a solid understanding of digital media and the reader revenue model.
- 具備行銷推廣與數據分析能力,能夠通過數據驅動優化用戶轉化與留存策略。
- Strong marketing and data analytics skills, with a proven ability to optimize user conversion and retention strategies through data-driven approaches.
- 優秀的跨部門溝通與協調能力,能夠整合內部資源推動訂閱業務發展。
- Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, capable of integrating internal resources to drive subscription business development.
- 有團隊管理經驗,能夠帶領並激勵團隊達成業績目標。
- Prior team management experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve performance targets.
- 熟悉 CRM 系統、A/B 測試工具及數據分析平台者優先。
- Familiarity with CRM systems, A/B testing tools, and data analytics platforms is a plus.
