Your role is to ensure successful execution of the company’s business through development and deployment of technology. This requires working with our customers and internal users to develop a world class disruptive serviced apartment platform.  As a key member of the team, you will be working closely together with our Product Team to bring the designs into life. Your responsibilites are not limited to build the website for our customers but includes developing our custom build CMS and its integrations with 3rd party systems.

The Role: 

• Secure high quality product development; 
• Hire and manage in-house back-end developers; 
• Ensure speed, performance and security of products; 
• Ensure Quality of coding and proper documentation; 
• Rapid iteration for product improvement.

Technical Competencies:

• Building highly scalable systems in API first architecture
• Delivering products built using any of nodejs
• Process with delivery focus - Agile practice SCRUM/Kanban/XP
• Manage mobile app development
• Manage Cloud infrastructure
• Micro services experience
• Technically capable of full stack

You should have at least 5 years of relevant experience of developing web platforms at scale. Foreigners already based in Singapore who have managed local Asian teams are welcome to apply.

Interview Process

• 1st Round

Logical Reasoning Test and Technical Tests in our SG office (followed by interview with HR) - Kindly note that you need to be physically present for this.
