    JOB DESCRIPTION

    About The Opportunity

     

    We're looking for a hard-working, dynamic and passionate candidate to manage our Accounting and Corporate Secretarial functions of the Business. You will be central in getting Soho to status of world domination in the Prop Tech Industry. This will be a fast-paced role where you will undertake a diverse range of duties to help Soho operate effectively and efficiently as we market our App and Platform to real estate agents, property developers and home owners.

    Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be Responsible for managing the Accounting and Corporate Secretarial functions of the business.

     

    Accounting

    Responsible for full set of company accounts in Singapore

    Monthly Accounting report, Balance Sheet report, Profit and Loss report

    Reconciliation of Balance sheet and bank accounts

    Prepare annual financial statements in cooperation with Australian Tax partners

    Handle banking matters, payroll functions, CPF and other related government transactions

     

    Corporate Secretarial

    Responsible for full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties and ensure company compliance obligations under relevant laws

    Apply and manage Employment Pass/S Pass

    Responsible for overall administration of the company

     

    Requirements

    Degree in Accounting/ACCA or relevant qualifications

    Experienced with Accounting and Corporate Secretarial responsibilities

    An unparalleled work ethic

    A strong attention to detail

    Great communication skills (written and verbal)

    Interest in the Tech and Real Estate sector
