Office Manager
We are currently looking for an entrepreneurial Office Manager to join our Hong Kong team. As the Office Manager, you will be in charge of managing administration for our Hong Kong office and coordinating across the global team. Our ideal candidate has a can-do attitude and is an excellent multi-tasker able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and effectively prioritize tasks. We are looking for someone with strong strategic abilities who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty and manage the day-to-day. You are a team player – with the people & culture that make Juwai unique at heart.
Core functions:
Managing effective office operations inclusive of – managing and filing mail, monitoring and ordering office supplies, and facilitating and organising team outings and functions;
Maintaining office efficiency by planning and implementing office procedures and ensure that these are being followed by staff;
Coordinate with IT on all office equipment;
Managing, negotiating, and filing office and vendor contracts; working closely with Legal;
Setting standards for and arranging travel for global team;
Coordinating with global offices to ensure efficient administration across teams;
Ensure that office’s filing requirements are completed regularly and are in order;
Assisting in the hiring, on-boarding, and off-boarding processes and documentation management of employees in the group;
Partnering with People & Culture to update and maintain office policies as necessary;
Working closely with People & Culture to identify initiatives to maintain and improve Juwai’s company culture; and
Assisting the executive management and team leaders, in providing solutions to administrative issues.
Core capabilities and requirements:
Degree holder;
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but preference will be given to those with more experience working in an administrative or office management capacity;
Experience and/or interest in People & Culture Management;
Process and efficiency oriented;
Self-starter with a can-do attitude (ready to take on new projects and see them to completion);
Tech-Savy and able to implement and suggest technological solutions to streamline tasks; excellent Microsoft Office skills required;
Team player, detail-oriented, proactive, and independent with excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate with stakeholders at all business levels; and
Excellent written and spoken English, spoken Cantonese and Mandarin (is a plus).
Salary
Equity part is negotiable.
Salary range / month : HK$ 20k-40k
