Program Director

                                                
The Director, China is tasked with the overall success of the program along with overseeing and managing the accelerator program. This opportunity affords high visibility and helps early to late stage companies through the accelerator model. 

The Director, is responsible for the education, operations, and the execution of the accelerator programs from the pre-program stage, through the program, and the post-program stage. During the “off-season” (not running a program), director has responsibilities/objectives that benefit the entire ecosystem. Logistics experience, as well as familiarity with the early stage venture-backed company ecosystem, is preferred. A willingness to learn and comfort tackling new problems is a must.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee the entire program in terms of program management, marketing, operation and business development.
Engage with founders and coordinate activities, meetings & events that drive them towards success leveraging each of the Lab programs
Manage relationships and coordinate with a global network of investors, mentors, partners & alumni
Lead relationships with local and global sponsors and government agencies
Manage and onboard incoming startups
Maintain ownership of the content and curriculum of the accelerator program
Maintain ownership of the content and structure of the online portal
Calendar management mentors, talks, events, general programming
Recruit, vet and select companies.
Represent the accelerator in local community, both actively and passively
 Qualifications

TEM-8 is a must
Strong interest and discourse competence in technology, startups, entrepreneurship, venture capital
Experience with studying or working abroad is a plus
Experience with running incubator or accelerator programs
Proven attention to detail through prior work or life experience
Comfortable with a variety of responsibilities
Comfortable with a minimal amount of direction but high expectations
Graduated from top-tier universities is a plus

Salary
Salary range / month :  HK$ 20k-40k
