JOB DESCRIPTION

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Business Development, you are iCHEF's ambassador to restaurant owners. You will work with restaurant owners to showcase our solution to them and find ways to help restaurants become more successful.

• You will meet with merchants and demo our products to them
• Close sales, bill customers, assist with grants
• Install iCHEF at their outlets & train staff
• Telephone & onsite customer support
• Visit customers regularly
• Organize community events with F&B owners
• Brainstorm and implement new channel strategies
• Report to management

Since 5 years ago when we open our beef noodle shop in Taipei, we have grown to support over 3500 outlets in Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong. We have raised our series A funding from prominent investors and grown our team to over 50 people. We welcome talented individuals to join our fast growing company.
