Responsibilities

• Assist in the management, marketing, and leasing of Property / Properties
• Prepare leasing / marketing kits, vacancy listing and leasing updates
• Liaise and manage viewing of lease units with agents and prospects
• Assist to liaise with legal team to ensure documentations for securing lease is accurate and prepare in timely manner
• Track lease renewals and engaging relevant parties in the renewal process
• Work with property management team to manage matters arising from fitting out phase where applicable
• Prepare and monitor periodic management reports on asset performance, from a leasing and property management perspective
• Source, evaluate and plan property operating and capital expense
• Liaise with finance team on lease execution matters

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder
• Min 2 years relevant experience in active local leasing
• Familiar in Leasing and Property terms to liaise with government authority
• Prefer candidate from Developer or M.A
