The Executive Talent Analyst’s Role:

• Grow the NextWave Company brand in South Korea and establish your own; as a market-leading advisor in your specialist area

• Network of the South Korea’s top energy professionals

• Build and maintain a portfolio of revenue generating client accounts and further identify opportunities to develop them

internationally

• Through training and mentoring from Senior Management, you will individually grow an enviable client base by tracking

energy sector investment in financial markets - consulting in early stage project development/M&A in order to capture

and extract maximum value along the project lifecycle

• International travel with face-to-face client meetings to develop deeper relationships with clients and candidates

• Prioritising your tasks whilst working autonomously with confidence

Your Profile:

• Proficient in spoken and written Korean

• Entrepreneurial mind set

• Hardworking and driven to make their mark on their target market

• Motivated to achieve above and beyond the competition in results and earnings

• Confident, humble, resilient and an ability to think outside the box

• Nimble with the ability to spot opportunities and move quickly to capitalise on them

• No recruitment experience required

• A passionate interest in business and people
