We are looking for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our energetic team in aid of the company's growth. We are a young company so you will be an integral part of our team helping to expand the business and network. It is essential that you have a can-do attitude and be able to multitask as we have a small but close team, working together like a family.

IDEABOXES is a Chinese speakers specialist recruitment agency with a unique focus on providing businesses with Mandarin and Cantonese speaking talents. Core areas of expertise include luxury retail and hospitality. One of the first in providing support to help businesses capture and cultivate the expanding Chinese market through recruiting the best Chinese candidates.

The Role

The key objective of the role is to maintain relationships with existing company clients and to actively research and develop potential clients bringing in new business. You will also be supporting the team in daily administrative tasks.

The Responsibilities

Research and identify potential clients that will require our service
Approach potential clients actively and follow up on each case
Communicate clearly to clients the idea and benefits of our service
Liaise and negotiate with clients about job specifications and expectations
Existing client care
Reviewing CVs and portfolios
Office administrative tasks

About you

1. Native-English Speaker
2. Confident and articulate
3. Self-Motivated & Can-do attitude
4. Multi-tasking abilities
5. Excellent verbal and written communication
6. Computer literate (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
7. Luxury Retail，IT，Financial，Travel，Real- Estate background preferred
8. Must be eligible to work in the UK
9. Think out of the box
