Job description & requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Solicits new product prospect
• Evaluates customers’ behaviour and buying patterns
• Collects and collates background and ongoing project information of new customers
• Monitors and follows up long overdue payments
• Analyzes daily, weekly and monthly sales report
• Plans and executes all necessary actions derived from the reports

Job Requirements:    

• At least Diploma in Business / Construction  Engineering / Building and Construction Management or any other related field 
• At least 1 year experience in outdoor sales
• Bilingual in both English & Mandarin to liaise with English & Mandarin speaking customers
• Possess own vehicle
• Experience in Building Construction / Civil Engineering background will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of System Formwork will be an added advantage.
• Able to work without supervision, equipped with strong customer service mind-set
• Applicant must be willing to work in Woodlands
• Able to work 5.5 days’ work week
