Responsibilities :

• Perform guest room and Public Area PMM and ensure all are in good serviceable condition.
• Check on BMS and ensure all systems are working in good serviceable condition.
• Record and conduct checks on water quality of the swimming pool and Jacuzzi to ensure is
maintained to safe health standard.
• Carry out building health checks on lightings installed at the common areas and replace
them, if necessary.
• Carry out inspections with the appointed Licensed Electrical Engineer and to rectify any faults found.
• Assist contractors in the maintenance/repair of all equipment’s and general building
installations when planned and as and when necessary.
• Perform any other tasks or manage project related to engineering department as and
when requested.
• Keep track and submit daily, weekly, monthly report/s on corrective, preventive
maintenance and any other incidents and technical issues to the Facility Manager.

Requirements:
• NTC in Electrical or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge on Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) would be a plus.
